Role Overview & Scope

The F&B Service Trainee will gain hands-on operational experience in dining setups, customer order taking, table service, guest relations, and maintaining dining area sanitation across the hotel's restaurants and conference halls.

Key Responsibilities

• Table & Event Setup: Assist in preparing restaurant tables, banquet halls, and conference rooms prior to guest arrival.
• Guest Service & Order Taking: Greet guests, present menus, accurately record orders, and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Guest Relations: Address routine guest inquiries, ensure guest satisfaction, and escalate feedback to senior F&B supervisors.
• Hygiene & Station Care: Maintain cleanliness across dining areas, service stations, sideboards, and cutlery storage.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, or related field.
• Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, good communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
