Background

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and highly organized Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee food and beverage service during a prestigious corporate event in Machakos County.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the service team, ensuring exceptional guest experience, maintaining service standards, and supporting the smooth execution of the event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the food and beverage service team.
  • Allocate duties and brief staff before service.
  • Ensure professional food and beverage service throughout the event.
  • Monitor service quality and promptly resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.
  • Liaise with the event management team to ensure seamless operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience supervising hotel, restaurant, catering, or corporate event service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure.

Event Details

  • Date: 8th August
  • Reporting Time: 8:00 AM (Training & Briefing)
  • Service: From 6:00 PM until late
  • Meals and accommodation will be provided.
  • Supervise and coordinate the food and beverage service team.
  • Allocate duties and brief staff before service.
  • Ensure professional food and beverage service throughout the event.
  • Monitor service quality and promptly resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.
