WE ARE HIRING
FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR - MICE
We require a talented food and beverage supervisor to support and assist our Food and Beverage Manager to deliver excellent dining experience at our resort. This will include assisting in supervising all food and beverage outlets, including banqueting events and meeting rooms, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily F&B operations, including banquets and meetings
- Ensure high service standards and team training
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Support staff rostering and cost control
- Manage reservations and function coordination
- Drive upselling and sales culture
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with departments for seamless events
- Support promotions and marketing activities
- Adhere to Health & Safety and company policies.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in hotel F&B
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated and service-driven
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
