Background

Angani Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate all food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations.
• Lead, train, and supervise F&B team members.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and control costs.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate menu planning with the culinary team.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure excellent service.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in F&B management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
