Duties and Responsibilities

Preparation of practical classes/courses and keeping of student records, practical allocation and loss/breakage records

Maintain Laboratory Inventory and ensure Safety

Collection and preparation of teaching and research materials from procurement

Ensure that the laboratory equipment is clean and available for the next practical.

Issue Materials and equipment during laboratory practical sessions

Carry out maintenance of food processing equipment

Carry out production of food products in the processing section

Proficient in laboratory techniques and testing procedures.

Requirements

Diploma in Food processing and Science Technology

Must have at least 3 years' experience with a reputable institution

Must be computer literate

Above the age of 25 years

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
