About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and consistency of our food products throughout the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of food science principles, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new food products, from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies to ensure product quality and stability.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to achieve product development goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to product development and quality control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in food product development and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of food safety principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
