Responsibilities or duties

Oversee all F&B operations (restaurant, bar, banqueting, room service)

Develop, implement, and review menus with the Executive Chef

Lead, train, and manage the F&B team

Monitor and manage F&B revenues, costs, and profit margins

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

Oversee stock ordering, receiving, storage, and control

Plan and execute banqueting events and special functions

Handle guest feedback and implement improvements

Qualifications or requirements

Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, or related field

Minimum 3 years' experience in an F&B management role in hospitality

Sound knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management

Food handler's certificate and HACCP knowledge is an advantage

Proficiency in hotel PMS and POS systems
