Foreman

Job Summary

The Foreman will oversee day-to-day farm activities, coordinate field teams, and ensure assigned horticultural tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and allocate daily tasks to farm workers.
• Monitor planting, maintenance, harvesting, and other production activities.
• Ensure work is completed according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure proper use of farm tools, equipment, and materials.
• Identify and report crop, labour, or operational challenges.
• Promote safe working practices and good agricultural practices.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in farm or horticultural supervision.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
