Kenya Red Cross is one of the many International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement societies around the world. The Kenya organisation was established in 1965, The Kenya Red Cross supports and runs a number of projects whilst raising awareness to the Kenyan public about the current issues or problems which may affect them.
Responsibilities or duties
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and requirements.
- Present our products/services to potential clients and effectively communicate their benefits and features.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications or requirements
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

This position offers a purely commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential. The more sales you generate, the higher your income will be. There will be no retainer or any other compensation for this position. We provide extensive training on the products and services we offer, ongoing support, and opportunities for career advancement.
