Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests professionally and efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage reservations, room allocations, guest registration, and billing accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls while maintaining excellent communication standards.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Handle cash transactions, reconcile daily cash balances, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and documentation in the Property Management System.
  • Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and guest accounts to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, operational procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a busy hotel or serviced apartment front office.
  • Hands-on experience using Micros Fidelio Property Management System is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of SunSystems will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional grooming and presentation.
