Job Summary:
Rwani Studio is seeking a dynamic and versatile Front Desk & Social Media Correspondent to join our team. This hybrid role combines exceptional customer service with professional digital communication. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every visitor while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front office. You will also represent the brand online by managing social media interactions, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, engaging with our community, and helping maintain a consistent, premium brand presence across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
- Welcome and greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage front office operations, including handling phone calls and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the front office.
Social Media Duties:
- Manage social media platforms and interactions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries.
- Engage with the community and build brand presence.
- Maintain a consistent, premium brand voice across digital platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, front office, or social media management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences both in person and online.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
