We are seeking a Front Office Agent to deliver efficient, courteous service to arriving, in-house, and departing guests, while working closely with key teams to enhance over-all guest satisfaction.

• Welcome and assist guests professionally from arrival to departure
• Manage check-ins, room allocation, key control, and reservations accurately
• Provide hotel and local area information to guests
• Ensure correct guest records, payments, and adherence to credit policies
• Maximize room revenue through effective yield management
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when required
• Coordinate room status and special requests with housekeeping
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the front office team

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Presentable, well spoken individual

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Tourism/Hotel Management or its equivalent
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in a 4-Star or 5-Star Hotel.
