Job Purpose:
To be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and efficient service throughout their stay. Responsible for handling all front desk tasks, including reservations, check-in, check-out, and providing information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using Opera PMS.
  • Handle guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Answer phone calls, direct calls, and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Report any guest issues or complaints to the supervisor immediately.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Front Office Operations or Hospitality.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory.
  • Strong customer service orientation and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
