Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Office Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of guest registration, room assignments, and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless and hospitable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage room assignments and reservations using the Opera system.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process all payment types such as cash, credit cards, and vouchers.
  • Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Agent or similar role.
  • Mandatory knowledge of the Opera Property Management System.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanour.
