I am looking for a Front Office Agent for a boutique hotel in Karen, available to start immediately.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Guest check-in and check-out
  • Room allocation and reservations handling
  • Cashiering and billing
  • Handling guest inquiries and requests
  • Coordinating with housekeeping on room status
  • Promoting hotel services and ensuring excellent guest experience

Qualifications or requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, well-groomed, and sales-minded
  • Knowledge of front office systems/PMS and cash handling
  • Ability to multitask and work shifts

Experience needed

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a busy hotel or boutique hospitality setting
