Responsibilities
The Front Office Executive will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's front desk and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintaining accurate guest records and billing information.
- Supervising and training front office staff.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the front office area.
- Implementing hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a front office or guest relations role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
