Job Purpose:
To provide direct supervision to the Front Office Agents, ensuring all front desk activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with hotel policies. This role acts as the first point of escalation for guest and agent issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the shift operations of the front desk, concierge, and bell desk.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to Front Office Agents and monitor their performance.
  • Assist guests during check-in and check-out, handling any complex requests or issues.
  • Train new hires on standard operating procedures and the use of Opera PMS.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure all relevant information is communicated to the team.
  • Audit guest accounts and ensure accuracy in billing.
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction scores by leading by example in customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office Agent, with proven leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
