As part of our technology team, you will work on both the front end and back end of our platform, building new features, integrating third-party services, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability and security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications and platform features.
• Build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable back-end services and APIs.
• Integrate payment gateways, third-party APIs, and other business systems.
• Optimize website speed, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP (Laravel), Python (Django), or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and cloud hosting environments.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, payment gateway integrations, and web security best practices is an added advantage.
