JOB DETAILS:

Position: Fundraising Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic fundraising initiatives to support CAF’s mission of advancing philanthropy and social impact globally. - Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth donors, corporate partners, and institutional funders.

- Lead end-to-end campaign management, including donor stewardship, grant writing, and event coordination.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals. - Monitor and report on fundraising performance metrics to stakeholders. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development.

- Proven track record of securing major gifts or corporate sponsorships.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
