Key Responsibilities:

Process Ownership & Development

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end GPS installation and re-installation process
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and redesign processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Build clear structures, SOPs, and tracking systems where they are missing or insufficient
  • Continuously test, refine, and optimize processes based on data and field feedback

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and develop 3 operational teams:
    • Admin Team – ensuring accuracy and reliability of system data
    • Installation Coordinators – managing technicians, training them, and ensuring high-quality installations
    • Re-installation Coordinators – engaging offline clients and coordinating priority re-installations with branches
  • Set clear expectations and build a performance-driven culture
  • Identify skill gaps and implement training and development plans
  • Empower teams to follow structured processes while maintaining flexibility where needed

Performance, Quality & Problem Solving

  • Define and track key KPIs (e.g., installation turnaround time, GPS uptime, re-installation success rate)
  • Use data to identify root causes of issues, not just symptoms
  • Actively troubleshoot operational challenges and implement sustainable fixes
  • Ensure consistent quality of installations across all regions

  • Enjoys building processes from scratch and improving broken ones
  • Is comfortable working in fast-changing, sometimes unstructured environments
  • Thinks in terms of systems, root causes, and long-term solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations or process management
  • Strong leadership experience managing multi-layered or distributed teams
  • Experience coordinating field or regional operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to turn ambiguity into clear structure and execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or any related Technical Field.
