JOB DETAILS:
General Purpose
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking bright, ambitious graduates to join their Management Trainee Program. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in finance and accounting within a dynamic industry environment.
Location
Nairobi – Jogoo Road | Salary: Ksh. 25,000
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Assist in cost analysis and inventory accounting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support day-to-day accounting operations and administrative tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (First Class Honours)
- Minimum of 1-year post-graduation work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
