Powerstar is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable GRN Clerk to join its team. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately recording goods received into the system, ensuring all deliveries are accounted for, and supporting the inventory control process.

Receive and inspect incoming deliveries. Accurately generate and process Goods Received Notes (GRNs). Match delivery notes with purchase orders and report any discrepancies. Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and stored. Liaise with the Branch Manager and Finance Department to resolve any stock or invoice queries. Maintain accurate records and filing systems. Assist with stock takes and inventory audits.
Attention to detail: Crucial for accurately recording information and spotting discrepancies. Organizational skills: Needed to manage files, inventory, and a tidy work area. Communication skills: Required for liaising with suppliers, managers, and other departments. Data entry and computer skills: Proficiency in data entry, using inventory software, and Microsoft Office is essential. Physical stamina: Some roles may require the ability to lift items and containers. Problem-solving: Ability to investigate and resolve issues related to deliveries or stock.
Diploma and above in any of the following fields: Logistics Supply Chain Management Warehouse Management Business Administration Accounts background or CPA II
