GUEST EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE
SALARY: Kes 25,000
LOCATION: Gilgil
All Candidates Must:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related
- 2+ years’ experience in a front office role within a high-end hotel, lodge, or hospitality setting
- Experience with reservation systems and front office operations
- Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations and service standards
- Experience in sales and upselling of rooms, experiences, and lodge services
- Excellent command of English.
- High level of computer literacy
- Experience in a boutique lodge or safari lodge.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
