Requirements for Appointment

• Be a Kenyan Citizen;
• At least 18 years old;
• Be in possession of a National Identification Card;
• Minimum of Primary School Certificate;
• Basic knowledge of farm work and crop management;
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual labour;
• Punctual, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare land through digging, weeding, and leveling;
• Assist in planting, watering, and harvesting crops;
• Maintain structures, tools, and irrigation facilities;
• Control weeds and pests under supervision;
• Support livestock care and farm maintenance;
• Record daily farm activities as directed;
• Perform any other duties assigned by the farm manager.
