Reports to: Senior Case Worker and Program Officer

Direct reports: Community champions/Community Health promoters/Community children volunteers

Responsibilities

Perform an assessment to gain background information and obtain psychosocial information to every new case reported.

Perform administrative tasks such as compiling and maintaining case file.

Carryout regular monitoring with follow-ups and review progress of cases in a timely manner.

Support in provision of basic counselling and general case management services.
