As part of our controlled expansion, we are inviting applications from an experienced Associate Dentist who is confident, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-based clinical environment.
This role is ideal for a dentist who:
- Has at least 5 years of solid clinical experience
- Is confident managing patients independently
- Values ethical, evidence-based dentistry
- Is comfortable earning based on value delivered, not guaranteed salary
- Wants professional autonomy within a structured, well-run organisation
Contract Structure (Important – Please Read Carefully)
- No fixed salary
- Commission-based remuneration
- Monthly commission advance (recoverable)
- Commission calculated on:
- Collected revenue (not billed)
- Properly coded and fully documented procedures
- Advance is:
- Capped
- Reconciled monthly
- Recoverable from future commissions
This role suits dentists who want earning upside, accountability, and fairness.
Clinical Scope
The successful candidate must be confident in:
- Comprehensive examinations and diagnosis
- Restorative dentistry (composites, crowns)
- Routine extractions
- Basic to intermediate endodontics
- Treatment planning and patient communication
- Managing direct-pay patients ethically and professionally
Additional skills are an advantage but not required.

- Excellent clinical documentation (no shortcuts)
- Accurate procedure coding and compliance with internal systems
- Clear, respectful communication with patients and team members
- Willingness to work with performance data and written reporting
- Ability to rotate to mobile clinics when scheduled
