About the role
The general laborer will handle the following responsibilities
• Office Support
• Kilifi House Support

Duties and Responsibilities
Office support
• Clean the office as per the schedule shared by the Talent Ops Associate this will include wiping the furniture and arranging, cleaning the floor, wiping the windows, cleaning the washrooms, and wiping office equipment as per the provided guidelines, emptying the waste bins and general cleaning on Saturdays.
• Run errands for the office
• Ensuring supplies are provided for employees to use for example toiletries
• Escalate maintenance issues to the Talent OPs Associate or Assistant.
Kilifi House support
• Cleaning the house thoroughly from Monday to Saturday as per the schedule and guidelines shared by Talents Ops Associate
• Run errands for the house
• Prepare meals for employees and visitors at the house as per the menu shared
• Purchasing the house supplies as directed by the Talents Ops Associate
• Escalate maintenance issues to the Talent OPs Associate or Assistant.

Qualifications
• Certificate in any field.
• Interpersonal with good communication skills
• Must be approachable and helpful.
