General Manager, Finance KGN 2 Ref: CS/Fin/01/09/2025 1
Strategic Financial Planning: Developing and implementing financial strategies, objectives, and long-term financial goals for the organization. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Producing and reviewing financial reports, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Budgeting & Forecasting: Leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and to control spending. Financial Operations: Managing daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow, to maintain financial integrity. Compliance & Governance: Ensuring the company adheres to financial regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal financial policies. Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, thereby protecting the company's financial stability. Team Leadership: Leading, managing, and mentoring the finance team to achieve organizational financial targets and fostering a high-performance culture. Stakeholder Communication: Providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders to support decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance financial processes, drive efficiency, and support revenue and profit growth.
