JOB DETAILS:
Enkaji Apartment Hotel is seeking a highly experienced, visionary, and results-driven General Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations and performance of the property. The successful candidate will drive financial performance, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and lead a high-performing management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee overall property operations.
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining world-class service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Oversee all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Finance, Security
