Position: General Manager

Job Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the resort and its two channels. The goal is to achieve financial objectives, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans, drive growth and profitability, and identify new business opportunities.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensure efficiency and adherence to SOPs, and maintain health and safety standards.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
- Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management: Collaborate on marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and optimize pricing.
- Guest Experience & Quality: Champion guest service, review feedback, and maintain brand standards.
- Human Resources & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and teams, fostering a positive culture.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure legal and brand compliance, and oversee safety and risk management.
- Owner & Stakeholder Relations: Report to the Managing Director/Board and maintain transparent communication.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Gross Operating Profit (GOP)
- Guest Satisfaction & Online Review Ratings
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Channel Revenue Performance
- Compliance & Brand Audit Scores
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of progressive resort management experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multi-outlet/channel operations.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
