Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

Additional qualifications in Business or Construction Management is an added advantage

Minimum 10+ years' experience in senior leadership roles

Proven experience in electrical projects, construction, and interior fit-out

Strong background in operations and project management

Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or government projects

Strong leadership, financial, and stakeholder management capabilities

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Execute company strategy, translate business goals into operational plans, and drive growth initiatives and continuous improvement.

Commercial & Financial Management: Drive revenue and profitability, oversee budgets and forecasts, manage tenders, contracts, and ensure strong financial control.

Operations & Project Delivery: Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to quality standards.

Technical & Project Oversight: Provide leadership in electrical and construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations.

Supply Chain & Resource Management: Manage procurement, logistics, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.

People Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, drive performance management, and foster a strong culture of accountability and excellence.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and safety standards while managing operational risks.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Revenue growth and overall profitability

Project delivery (timelines, budget adherence, quality standards)

Cash flow management and cost control

Client retention and satisfaction
