Role Overview
The General Manager will provide overall leadership across strategy, finance, sales, design, manufacturing, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee manufacturing, factory planning, cost control, and capital investment
- Ensure seamless project delivery from factory to site
- Set and execute company strategy and long-term vision
- Lead financial performance, budgets, pricing, margins, and cash flow
- Oversee sales performance, key client relationships, and major negotiations
- Govern design quality, innovation, and design-to-manufacturing integration
- Lead health, safety, compliance, and risk management
- Build and manage high-performing leadership teams
- Drive operational efficiency, scalability, and performance tracking
