Glaze & Pulp Material Tester
Job Purpose
To conduct laboratory testing of glaze, pulp/slurry, and ceramic raw materials to ensure they meet the required quality specifications and support efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing of glaze, pulp/slurry, and ceramic raw materials.
- Test key parameters including density, viscosity, moisture, and fineness.
- Prepare samples and perform laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures.
- Accurately record, analyze, and report test results in a timely manner.
- Identify and report materials that do not meet the required specifications.
- Support production in identifying and resolving material and quality-related issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, cleanliness, and proper sample storage.
- Comply with laboratory safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering,Ceramic Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or related environment.

- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
