Glaze & Pulp Material Tester

Job Purpose

To conduct laboratory testing of glaze, pulp/slurry, and ceramic raw materials to ensure they meet the required quality specifications and support efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct testing of glaze, pulp/slurry, and ceramic raw materials.
  • Test key parameters including density, viscosity, moisture, and fineness.
  • Prepare samples and perform laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures.
  • Accurately record, analyze, and report test results in a timely manner.
  • Identify and report materials that do not meet the required specifications.
  • Support production in identifying and resolving material and quality-related issues.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, cleanliness, and proper sample storage.
  • Comply with laboratory safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering,Ceramic Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or related environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
