Global Account Manager – Global Clients
Location: Remote - Europe, with flexibility for travel across EMEA based on client needs.
Travel: Occasional day and overnight travel to client sites.
Reporting to: Global Clients Technology Leadership.
Direct Reports: None; collaborates across cross-functional teams.
Purpose
The Global Account Manager drives growth, strengthens long-term partnerships, and delivers exceptional client value for a key global technology customer. The role blends commercial insight, technical understanding, and consultative engagement to support refurbishment activities across the customer’s EMEA estate. You act as a trusted advisor connecting client needs with Securitas Technology’s expertise, solutions, and global capabilities.
Major Responsibilities
Strategic Account Growth
Leads the expansion of a major global client account through proactive opportunity identification, cross-selling, and upselling.
Develops strategic account plans and growth pathways aligned with the customer’s evolving security and technology requirements.
Partners with Sales, Operations, Design, Finance, and Global Client teams to deliver coordinated, impactful solutions.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Builds and nurtures trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and operational stakeholders across the customer’s organisation.
Positions Securitas Technology as a long-term strategic partner through clear value demonstration and solution alignment.
Ensures client insights and needs flow effectively into internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Sales Process Leadership
Leads the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification through to handover for delivery.
Delivers high-quality proposals, tender responses, and commercial submissions based on accurate technical and cost assessments.
Supports internal teams with technical insights relating to installation methods and system lifecycle requirements.
Commercial & Technical Insight
Leverages Fire & Security technical knowledge to estimate costs, validate designs, and support safe and efficient project delivery.
Keeps up to date with evolving security technologies, standards, and industry best practices.
Ensures revenue, margin, and value targets are achieved through informed decision-making and scalable account development.

You grow the account year-on-year through relationship development, opportunity creation, and collaborative planning.
You build strong, trusted partnerships across the client’s senior leadership and operational teams.
You deliver clear, compelling value propositions that support client decisions and demonstrate Securitas Technology’s expertise.

You contribute to improved forecasting accuracy, strong margin performance, and long-term account stability.
Education
Relevant education or vocational training in security technology, engineering, or commercial fields.
Experience & Knowledge
Background in Fire & Security, systems installation, or technical environments.
Experience in B2B consultative sales, strategic account management, or complex solution selling.
Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in global or large enterprise environments.
Skills And Competencies
Strategic and commercial thinking with the ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes.
Collaborative, relationship-centred approach to influencing and partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
