Role Overview: "The Narrative Unit"

The Podcast Team is the storytelling heart of IHF’s media division. This team works at the intersection of leadership and digital media, producing long-form audio content that dives into the philosophy of our work. By recording and editing conversations with the CEO and global leads, you help humanize our data and inspire a worldwide audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Podcast Production: Assist in the scripting, recording, and post-production of CEO podcasts and leadership interviews.
  • Content Repurposing: Identify high-impact audio clips to be used by the Social Media and Fundraising teams for global campaigns.
  • Library Coordination: Manage the storage and organization of audio assets within the Media Box for use across all 40+ IHF teams.
  • Leadership Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for new members on "Interview Narrative Structure" and IHF’s specific brand voice.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Storytelling Flair: A passion for narrative-driven content and digital media trends.
  • Technical Interest: Basic knowledge of audio recording and digital storytelling (specific training on IHF software will be provided).
  • Project Management: Ability to coordinate recording sessions across multiple international time zones.
  • Ideal Background: Excellent for those in Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, or Public Relations.
