JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose Statement
Develop and implement specialized training for goalkeepers to enhance their technical, tactical, physical, and psychological performance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Improve goalkeepers’ shot-stopping, positioning, distribution, decision making
- Tailor training sessions to needs and prepare for matches
- Provide mental support, confidence building, one-on-one feedback
- Review match footage with goalkeepers and provide analysis
Qualifications & Experience
- CAF C License
- At least 5 years’ experience coaching youth or elite goalkeepers
- Strong understanding of youth development
Key Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of rules, communication skills, organization, time management, motivational skills, injury prevention understanding
