Personalised Learning Excellence: Champion small-group interventions and tailored learning strategies, ensuring every child receives the support needed to unlock their full potential.

Next-Gen Pedagogical Design: Curate rich digital learning assets, leverage modern educational technologies, and champion inspiring, positive classroom environments.

Co-Curricular Leadership: Spearhead or coach at least one vibrant co-curricular initiative (e.g., athletics, robotics & Al, debate, drama, music, or scouts), fostering talent beyond the classroom.

Holistic Pastoral Care: Actively nurture student wellbeing, model exemplary school values, and champion the highest global standards in child protection and safeguarding.

Candidate Profile:

Academic Background: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Primary Education or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Early Years.

Graduate Status: Completed undergraduate studies within the last 12-24 months, possessing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm.

Professional Status: Fully registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) or in progress.

Innovative Mindset: Well-versed in modern inquiry-based pedagogy, formative assessment, and tech-integrated instruction.

Personal Attributes: Boundless energy, articulate English communication, exemplary teamwork, and unwavering integrity.
