Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Execute departmental activities in alignment with production strategies, policies, and procedures to meet organizational goals.

2. Identify issues through microbiological analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

3. Continuously update and apply new knowledge in microbiological testing techniques and standards.

4. Prepare and oversee the departmental activities and work plans and schedules.

5. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly working environment.

6. Perform hygienic swabbing within the production facility.

7. Implement quality, customer excellence, and change initiative to support business objectives and culture.

8. Apply proper calibration and handling procedures for microbiological equipment.

9. Possess strong knowledge of chemical analysis related to food products.

10. Supervise inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Degree in Microbiology/any other relevant course

2. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the related role

3. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
