Visual Content Creation: Assist in creating and editing visual content for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print (brochures, flyers). Design Collaboration: Work with senior designers and the broader team to develop creative concepts and solutions for various projects. Brand Consistency: Help maintain and ensure that all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and company standards. Asset Management: Maintain and organize design assets, files, and digital imagery. Project Support: Assist with various design tasks, such as developing marketing materials, preparing files for vendors, and creating presentation slides. Brainstorming & Ideation: Participate in creative sessions, contribute innovative ideas, and conduct research on design trends and competitor activities. Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative and communication tasks as needed.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Conceptual & Design Skills: Strong conceptual, typography, and overall design skills, with a solid understanding of graphic design principles. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and receive feedback. Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage tasks and assets efficiently. Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies and apply creative problem-solving. Teamwork: Strong ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Adaptability: Eagerness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and stay current with industry trends.
