About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the position of Graphic Designer / Social Media & IT Officer. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content, managing our social media presence, and providing essential IT assistance to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and schedule social media posts across different platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and strategy.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency in all visual communications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and IT technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, or IT Officer.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A portfolio showcasing design work and social media campaigns is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media management, and IT support.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
