DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, including posters, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and social media creatives.
- Develop engaging digital graphics for websites, social media pages, email campaigns, and online advertisements, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Create and edit video content and motion graphics for marketing and promotional use using tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity by ensuring all designs align with established brand standards, tone, and messaging.
- Prepare final design files for printing and digital publishing, ensuring correct formats, resolutions, color profiles, and specifications.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from internal teams or clients, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Research and stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
- Organize and maintain design assets, files, and archives for easy access and future use.
- Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign planning and execution.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics, particularly Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
