DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design & Branding
- Develop creative designs for branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials
- Design packaging materials ensuring alignment with brand identity and market appeal
- Create visual content for both print and digital platforms
- Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all designs
Creative Development
- Interpret creative briefs and transform them into engaging visual concepts
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop design ideas
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and product launches
Video & Motion Graphics
- Create and edit videos for marketing, social media, and promotional use
- Develop motion graphics and animations using industry-standard tools
- Support multimedia content creation for digital platforms
Software & Technical Execution
- Use professional design software to produce high-quality outputs
- Ensure all designs meet print and digital production standards
- Prepare final artwork files for printing and publishing
Portfolio & Quality Assurance
- Maintain a strong and updated portfolio showcasing design work
- Ensure accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail in all deliverables
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
- 3–4 years of proven experience in graphic design, especially in branding and packaging design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro (for video editing and motion graphics)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
