Primary duties

• Assist in the creation of various design materials, including but not limited to: Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, reports, etc.), Digital assets (websites, social media graphics, templates, etc.), Presentation materials (PowerPoint slides, infographics, etc.)
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts
• Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to produce high-quality design work
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent with the company's visual identity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices
• Participate in design reviews, team meetings and provide constructive feedback to the team
• Assist in managing design projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines
• Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• A degree in graphic design or a related field
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and typography
• Working knowledge of photography, video production, animation, motion graphics, and podcast production
• Basic understanding of AI tools and their applications in design
• Photography and videography production skills
• Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and creativity in the design process

Minimum Experience Required

• At least 2 years of experience in a design environment
