JOB DETAILS:
Surge Energy Limited is a leading LPG Cylinder manufacturing Company located in Kisaju along the Nairobi- Namanga Highway in Kajiado County. Tool Room Executives .

Duties & Responsibilities
• Dressing grinding wheels, according to specifications.
• Monitoring machine operations to determine whether adjustments are necessary; stop machines when problems occur.
• Inspect, and measure work pieces to ensure that surfaces and dimensions meet specifications.
• Set up and operate grinding or polishing machines to grind metal work pieces such as dies, parts, and tools.
• Remove finished work pieces from machines and placing them in boxes or on racks; set aside pieces that are defective.
• Filing or finishing surfaces of work pieces, using prescribed hand tools.
• Selecting and mounting grinding wheels on machines, according to specifications, using hand tools and applying knowledge of abrasives and grinding procedures.
• Performing basic maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating machine parts.
• Removing and replacing worn or broken machine parts, using hand tools.
• Computing numbers, widths, and angles of cutting tools, micrometers, scales, and gauges, and adjusts tools to produce specified cuts.
