Company Overview
INUA AI Group is seeking a visionary and results-driven Group Chief Growth Officer (GCGO) to lead and execute its global growth agenda This is a C-suite role responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across regional and international markets. The GCGO will play a critical role in positioning the organization as a leading force in the global digital and AI-driven economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company’s vision and long-term objectives
- Own and deliver revenue growth targets across multiple markets and sectors
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities, including regional and international expansion
- Build and lead high-performing teams across business development, partnerships, and commercial functions
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with enterprises, governments, and global stakeholders
- Drive enterprise sales and deal structuring, including large-scale and high-value engagements
- Strengthen the company’s market positioning, brand presence, and competitive advantage
- Lead data-driven decision-making, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align growth, operations, and innovation strategies
- Support investor engagement and contribute to strategic planning and corporate growth initiative
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 12–15 years’ experience in risk management, compliance, governance, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and market expansion
- Experience working with enterprise clients, government institutions, or international markets
- Strong background in technology, digital services, or innovation-driven industries
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams and partnerships
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-informed strategies
- Ability to operate at a senior executive and board level
