- Build scalable systems to support 10,000+ workforce growth
- Lead digital workforce hubs (Konza, Webuye, national rollout
AI-Driven Workforce Systems
- Implement AI-powered HR and workforce platforms
- Integrate with Quantum Synapse AI intelligence systems
Talent Development
- Establish elite training academies
- Drive certification pathways aligned to: Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud and Data
- Design and implement a standardized global GBS operating model
- Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
Operational Excellence
- Ensure workforce productivity, efficiency, and scalability
- Optimize workforce cost structures for global competitiveness
Culture & Leadership
- Build a mission-driven, high-performance organization
- Develop future leaders within INUA AI ecosystem
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in: Human Capital Strategy, Workforce Transformation and BPO / GBS / Tech environments
- Experience scaling teams 100 → 5,000+
- Strong understanding of: AI-driven workforce systems and Global outsourcing models
