Group Leader
Job Summary
The Group Leader will provide effective leadership and coordination to a team, ensuring members work collaboratively toward shared objectives. The successful candidate will motivate team members, monitor performance, solve operational challenges, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate team members to achieve set objectives.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor completion of tasks.
- Establish clear team goals, priorities, and expectations.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and positive working relationships.
- Identify challenges affecting team performance and implement appropriate solutions.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings and briefings.
- Prepare and submit regular team performance reports.
- Support training, coaching, and development of team members.
- Communicate organizational policies, procedures, and expectations to the team.
- Address workplace concerns and escalate complex matters to management.
- Promote a productive, respectful, and inclusive working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Leadership, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in team leadership or supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and manage people effectively.
- Results-oriented with strong accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
