Group Leader

Job Summary
The Group Leader will provide effective leadership and coordination to a team, ensuring members work collaboratively toward shared objectives. The successful candidate will motivate team members, monitor performance, solve operational challenges, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate team members to achieve set objectives.
  • Assign responsibilities and monitor completion of tasks.
  • Establish clear team goals, priorities, and expectations.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Encourage teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and positive working relationships.
  • Identify challenges affecting team performance and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings and briefings.
  • Prepare and submit regular team performance reports.
  • Support training, coaching, and development of team members.
  • Communicate organizational policies, procedures, and expectations to the team.
  • Address workplace concerns and escalate complex matters to management.
  • Promote a productive, respectful, and inclusive working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Leadership, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in team leadership or supervision.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and manage people effectively.
  • Results-oriented with strong accountability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
