1.Prompt check in/out of guests

2.Monitor guests' payments

3.Supervise housekeepers, gym instructor and laundry attendants

4.Oversee swimming pool membership

5.Build customer relations

6.Report damages to the office for repairs

8.Enforce health and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Diploma in housekeeping management

2.Two years' experience in a supervisory role

3.Great communication skills

4.Willingness to work on odd hours
