As an International Guest Service Agent, you are the heartbeat of exceptional guest experiences aboard our cruise line.
Your purpose is to ensure Guest Satisfaction and that every interaction with our guests is infused with warmth, professionalism, and a sense of personalized care.
Whether you’re assisting with inquiries, coordinating services, or resolving concerns, you will be a trusted guide who enhances every guest’s journey.

Your Impact
Your work will be the basis for guest satisfaction and loyalty. As a vital representative of our cruise line, you will:
1. Elevate Guest Experiences: Serve as the face of our brand, ensuring every guest interaction is met with empathy and understanding.
2. Creating Positive Connections: Build trust and rapport with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds, contributing to their sense of belonging.
3. Enhance Operational Excellence: Collaborate with onboard teams to ensure smooth communication and impeccable service delivery.
4. Champion Feedback: Actively listen to guest feedback for continuous improvements to meet and exceed expectations. Your ability to connect with others will directly impact our reputation for excellence and ensure our guests cherish their time aboard.
Your Journey So Far
To excel in this role, you should bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for hospitality and your background needs to include:
1. Proven previous experience : A minimum of two years in a similar role within the cruise industry or a high-end hotel setting.
2. Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent English and proficiency in at least two other European languages
3. Soft Skills Mastery: Strong communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills with a natural ability to empathize and adapt to diverse situations.
4. Service-Oriented Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring every guest feels heard and supported.
Your Essentials
Eligible candidate needs to :
1. Previous experience in a similar role aboard a cruise line or within a luxury hotel setting.
2. Proficiency in English and fluency in at least two additional language to effectively serve our international guests
3. Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: The ability to anticipate guest needs and handle sensitive situations with care and discretion.
4. Cultural Awareness: A deep appreciation for diversity and a passion for working with guests and colleagues from around the world.
5. Professional Grooming: Meets our high standards of appearance and grooming.
6. Adaptability and Resilience: A readiness to embrace the unique challenges of life at sea, including long hours and a dynamic environment.
7. Technical Skills: Familiarity with guest service software and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
