Key Responsibilities:

• Extend gracious, professional, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.
• Confidently present menus, take precise orders, and ensure the timely and elegant service of food and beverages.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs to personalize and elevate the dining experience.
• Maintain the dining area to the highest standards of cleanliness, elegance, and order.
• Liaise effectively with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless coordination from kitchen to table.
• Handle all guest inquiries and feedback with utmost poise, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Uphold strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols without exception.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Waiter in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Excellent communication skills and a mastery of formal service etiquette.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, including food and wine pairing.
• Ability to maintain composure and deliver refined service in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional appearance, refined demeanor, and a positive, guest-centric attitude.
• Formal hospitality training or certification is a distinct advantage.
